Privacy Policy

How VallySeed collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit our website or contact us.

Last updatedSeptember 3, 2026

01

Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how VallySeed (“VallySeed,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information when you visit this website, contact us, or communicate with us about our services.

This policy does not govern personal information we process for a client while delivering contracted services. That processing is governed by the applicable client agreement and, where relevant, a data processing agreement.

02

Information we collect

We may collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Information you provide. Your name, email address, company, role, project details, and anything else you include in an inquiry or other communication.
  • Communications. Messages, attachments, meeting details, and records of our correspondence with you.
  • Technical information. Our hosting and security providers may process standard request data such as an IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, referring page, and date and time to deliver and protect the website.

The contact form sends the name, email address, company, and message you provide to VallySeed through an email delivery provider. The form does not store those fields in a public website database. If online delivery is unavailable, the website offers a mail-app fallback and sends nothing until you choose to send that email.

03

How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • respond to inquiries and arrange calls or meetings;
  • evaluate, prepare, and deliver requested services;
  • operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website;
  • manage our business relationships and records;
  • comply with law and protect our rights and users; and
  • send business updates where you asked to receive them or where the law otherwise permits, with an option to opt out.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on steps taken at your request before entering a contract, performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing our business, consent, or compliance with a legal obligation.

04

How we share information

We may share personal information with service providers that support website hosting, security, email, collaboration, and professional services. These providers may use the information only to perform services for us or as otherwise permitted by law.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a business transaction, or with your direction or consent. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

05

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the public website and to improve our content and services. Google Analytics may use analytics cookies and process information such as pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location, device and browser details, and interactions with the website.

We do not send contact-form contents, names, email addresses, or message text to Google Analytics. We do not use this information to sell personal information or for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can control analytics cookies through your browser settings. Google explains its data practices in the Google Privacy Policy.

06

Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including maintaining business records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and the relationship.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

07

International transfers

VallySeed and its providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use recognized safeguards for international transfers, such as adequacy decisions or contractual protections.

08

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information; to restrict or object to certain processing; to withdraw consent; and to appeal or complain to a data protection authority. You may also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising a privacy right.

To make a request, email us at hi@vallyseed.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing it. An authorized agent may submit a request where applicable law permits.

09

Children’s privacy

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the website. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can address it.

10

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our website, services, or legal obligations change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be presented through an appropriate notice where required.

For privacy questions or requests, contact VallySeed at hi@vallyseed.com. For the rules governing use of this website, please read our Terms and Conditions.
